Listening Skills
Listening skills are more important than speaking in every conversation. Get quiet and listen, what language do you use with yourself?
Your outside world is shaped by your internal dialogue.
It’s not difficult to interpret how someone is experiencing life if you get quiet and listen to them. Listen for the flag words that come up in conversation, such as positive upbeat words or disempowering or accusing words. Each word that is spoken has a vibration and frequency. And it’s how they feel at that moment.
When poor words are spoken, it’s using a lower frequency and lowering your personal vibration. When strong healthy words are used, it raises your frequency.
Similar to changing the radio station in a car. You change it to a song that vibrates to the frequency you are at. If it doesn’t feel good to you, you don’t think twice about changing it.
Now try the same with unwelcome or disempowering thoughts in your mind. Listen to what’s playing in your head, if it’s poor vibration turn the channel and only keep the power station on. It’s all up to you to listen to the good stuff over the weak stuff.
Brightest Blessings.
