How do you know?

I have been asked by many clients, how do you know when it is time to end a relationship? This has always been a difficult topic because the way i see it, when you are done, YOU ARE DONE! But for some that is not sufficient when they are looking for personal clues as to when and how to complete the process of ending a relationship and moving forward with their life.

As i have seen, the ones that keep up tethered to another are the ones teaching us the biggest lessons. So if you still feel unable to disconnect, it may be you have not learned the lesson yet. Consider asking yourself, what am i suppose to learn here and how can i do that?

or the easiest piece that seem to be a bit more real to most is “If they make you Cry, its time to say Good bye!” Whether it is a personal, friend, or business relationship. Consider how much joy they bring to you and use that as your barometer to find your answer within.
