That’s not true! or Is It?
That’s not True… seems to be the statement I have been hearing quite often these days. What is shifting in many it seems, is that we are seeking truth.
It can get confusing given there are so many versions out there. The part that fascinates me with truth is that its all true. For YOU! This isn’t what many would expect given we are taught to believe a certain set of beliefs so our paradigms get pretty hard set.
What you believe is absolutely true for you. Does that make another’s belief untrue? Not at all, it’s just their truth and shouldn’t be dismissed as untrue. But isn’t that what we try to do? We try to get the other side to come to ours and when they resist, we are frustrated that they aren’t willing. It’s not important to get them to shift to your belief. What’s more important is to see why you have a belief and why its true for you. It’s your truth and speaking it gives you power. It gives you confidence and it directs you to your true path.
If you are trying to convince others to get on your path of truth it will be a frustrating journey. Those who see your similar truth will be on your path willingly without a need for coaxing. They will be there without needing explanation.
I see this often in relationship conflicts, partners, friends, family etc…, we get frustrated that they wont see things our way. This isn’t their job to live your truth. It’s their job to respect you for living your own truth and let you be on your merry way. Not all will understand or be interested in participating. Does that make them wrong? Not at all, their truth has them seeking out a different journey. Let them. When you see them perfect just as they are, you will allow them to express their own truth and be free to be in your presence without judgement. This allows for the most loving relationships. This is unconditional love. A concept that is challenging for many given it requires ‘No Conditions’.
My suggestion is when you are questioning what is true or not, ask yourself… “Is is true for me?” Then express that truth in your actions and others will see it. You won’t need to explain it. It will seep from your soul and into the world of others who are living a similar truth as you. Those who don’t, aren’t wrong, they are just living their own truth just as you are. Let them. This will allow a more peaceful journey that you are destined to be on as opposed to frustration in others and why they aren’t getting you. Own your Truth and the rest will work itself out naturally.
Brightest Blessings,
Daune
