Pain
Pain is not bad; it’s how your body talks to you. How you talk back reflects your level of self love.
Our physical body is so magnificent in its ability to endure pain and heal. However we have become so accustomed to avoiding pain, numbing pain and enduring it to keep up with our fast paced lives. The pain is simply an alarm from the body asking you to address your life. It has become overtaxed from over use and over toxic from ingestion. Stress is the biggest creator of pain and illness.
Whatever the reason is not important, what is more important is to begin self love in that area you feel pain. With rest, water and time. This may be simply resting, sleeping, cutting back on over committing to others and slowing down.
The pain is asking you to give your mind and body self love. You will be amazed at how intelligent the body is to recover when you put less stress on it.
Have you wondered why sometimes repeated medical treatment doesn’t alleviate the pain, or it returns over time? If your pain is chronic, it’s because you have avoided it for too long and avoiding the emotional connection to it. Our bodies are made of energy and Negative energy that Is pooled in one area builds up. Its often energy that begins as poor thoughts (energy), which gets sent to the area of your body that’s weak and then holds onto it. Thus becomes a pool of angry, sad, overwhelming energy in one part of your body. Making you uneasy, then it turns over time to ill’ease, to then dis’ease!
Don’t ignore your body’s alarms, start self love today! Start in your mind!
