Mind-Body-Spirit require balance. Mindset is similar to a paradigm. We all have paradigms which are a set of beliefs. We have a cultural, city, home and personal paradigm. We have a set of beliefs that have been most likely given to us by another. Once we have repeated that belief system to ourselves over and over, it becomes very hard to change.
There are two ways to change a paradigm, through re-patterning and through trauma. I do not wish trauma on anyone, but its a fast game changer. You will often hear someone say wow you are so different what happened to you? And the response is, that accident, illness, experience, etc… changed my life. That would be an example of a paradigm shift through trauma. Your beliefs had to change in order to recover and grow.
Re-patterning would be the healthier option which requires you to review your beliefs and determine which are not supporting the life you desire. It doesn’t make them wrong, it just makes them worn out. If they are out of date, creating new patterns that support your new dreams are what is necessary to be repeated on a daily basis. Repeating a new pattern daily begins to override old worn out patterns and you see shifts begin to take place in your life.
So if you are wanting more money, better health, relationships or career you will have to review your beliefs around those topics and start a new mindset that may not feel true yet, but after time you will believe it. Often our mindset limits us with non deserving thoughts of money, love and success. Changing your thoughts on these poor thought patterns is mandatory to changing your life.
Such as repeating “I deserve to be physically healthy” or “My income is always increasing each day”, etc… Daily.
Try plugging this phrase into your phone. Set an alarm with the new mindset so you are reminded to repeat it daily.
