When you take pride in how you look, even on challenging days, you project confidence.

Many tell me they want to be comfortable and they don’t care what others think. I agree, concern over others thoughts will get you no where, but paying attention to your appearance isn’t for others. It’s for YOU!

It’s the days I don’t feel well that having my best heels and suit on make me feel more confident than if I were in running shoes and sweats.

Then I found this is true for every day, I want to feel how I feel in my best clothes even on relaxed days. In beautiful colors, clean, smelling beautiful. Because it will be that day, that I have to leave the house and I meet someone I need to have confidence with. My appearance for the day is projecting my internal confidence.

Like it or not, people are paying attention. Even at home! Your kids and spouses (relationship) notice when you have taken time to care for yourself. It’s attractive and draws attention.

How You care for yourself is likely how you will care for others.
So start loving your outside too!
