Q: What’s a virtual course?
A: It’s a great way to learn with live and pre-recorded teachings from the comfort of your home! All you need is a computer, mobile device, or telephone. If there’s more than one person in your household taking the course, you’ll each need your own connection. We use Zoom video conferencing to make it just like an in-person event, where you can ask questions and deepen your understanding of the course themes.

Please note that dialing Zoom from your telephone is a toll call; your telephone service provider will charge you according to your existing long-distance calling plan. International access numbers are available.

Q: Can I still use the course if I miss the live classes?
A: Of course! You can download the recordings of all course sessions from our online media archive, so you never need to worry about missing live calls.

Q: Can you tell me about the private Facebook group?
A: We’ll have a private online community group for all course participants on Facebook that will support you in making connections with others, engaging in discussions, and completing assignments that can help assist you in your journey. You’ll have the ability to share your experiences, projects, and growth throughout the course.

Q: What’s your refund policy?
A: Your satisfaction with this course is our highest priority!
May I change my schedule once booked, or what if I need to cancel?
All Live Session changes are highly discouraged because we begin scheduling your retreat charts, tools and space once you make your reservation. If you feel a strong need to cancel a session, please let us know as soon as possible.
Note – any session change request will incur a $100 fee. For LIVE online or in person events, retreat/full day cancellations, a credit may be issued to be used within one year. See full retreat/day package cancellation policy here.

Q: Cancellation Policy
A: In Person Live Retreats more than 1-3 Days require 50% deposit upon booking, remaining 50% balance processed upon arrival.   1 Day events are paid in full upon booking.
$250 fee for cancellations/re-schedules more than 10 days in advance to be used within one year.
No credit issued for 10-day or less advance cancellations. Once retreat/day package is scheduled, $100 fee per session change request. If you are unable to attend or finish a session for any reason, there is no prorated refund.

Q: Online Events
A: The deadline to receive a Full refund for ONLINE ONLY EVENTS is within 24 hours of the start of event. To request a refund, please email our support and submit your request. Qualifying refunds will be processed and an email confirming the refund will be sent. However, we’d love to have a chance to address and resolve your concerns first. If there’s something we can assist you with, please email us at info@ideserveitnow.com and we’ll be happy to help! (No refund requests accepted after the 24hour event start)

Q: How can I reach Customer Support?
A: Please email info@ideserveitnow.com where you should be able to find the answer to your question or the solution.

Q: What airport do we fly into?
A: Most retreat guests fly into the nearest major airport, which is our goal of about a 15-20 minute drive to retreat location. You may also drive from your home if preferred – make it a fun road trip!

Q: Do I need to have a car? 
A: A vehicle is highly recommended, but not required. It is also encouraged since some cities area is spread out, and there are great places and sites to explore, more accessible with a car. If you choose not to have a personal vehicle, recommend you arrange rides with Uber and Lyft and accommodate arrival delays for event start & exit times.

Q: What should I bring?
A: Live and Online Event attire is very casual, so dress comfortably. Some activities include sitting on floor yoga mats. Bringing your own mat is encouraged but not required. Come ready to laugh and relax in a homey comfortable environment.

Q: How many days are best for my retreat?
A: Retreat itineraries vary and length of stay is a personal decision. Most retreats include 1-3 days participating in sessions, and possibly staying in Local Hotels one to two additional days to best absorb your relaxing, soul-searching experience. Shorter retreats can be concise and powerful. Longer retreats may be necessary when dealing with heavier emotional issues, when your soul feels very depleted, or you simply want a longer getaway. Your schedule and budget may also impact retreat duration. Best to call and discuss various retreat options.

Q: What do people do for meals?
A: You will get 1-2-hours free each day for lunch. 2 day to multiple day long events will serve Organic Chef Catered ready-made healthy plant-based lunch included in your retreat. 1 Day or less you will be on your own to eat as you choose. Local eateries will be available in your welcome packets.
Water and tea will be offered as well to stay hydrated during energy work events. The retreat concludes between 4 and 6pm each day, so most clients go out for dinner. There are plenty of restaurant options in all different price ranges.

Q: Do you allow animals?
A: Sorry no animals permitted at any event delivered by Open Mind Consulting. So please plan to leave your animal companion at home during your Self-Love Retreat. This is also best for your one-pointed focus upon spiritual healing and personal development.

Q: idi Event Mask Policy
A: All in-person events being offered at this time will be mask-free, and we ask you to use discernment in attending “I Deserve It events.”  This is due to activities requiring deep breathing, energy reading, and various interactive techniques that would be hindered with a mask on. If you are concerned with a mask-less environment, we suggest attending the live online events as an alternative.

This is a place for the bold, brave, awakening Bad Ass ready to step into your TRUTH.
This is not the place for close-minded types addicted to victim consciousness or playing small. We will push you to see past your comfort zone and expand into higher consciousness.
